If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us prior to leaving feedback and allow us the opportunity to fix it. It is our goal that you are satisfied with your order. If you just don't like your decal, we will be happy to accept a return or exchange it for another that your prefer.
If the Post Office has lost or not delivered your package - PLEASE KEEP IN MIND - That we have no control over the post office. We send the package with tracking so you can see it has been sent. We will attempt to recover or replace any items that the Post Office may have lost or misplaced, providing the address provided at the time of purchase was the correct address, that there was an error in our part on the address, or that the tracking is showing that it was never delivered to the correct address Please contact us and allow us the opportunity to fix the situation. It is not fair to leave negative feedback for us if you can clearly see we sent the decal(s) and the post office did not deliver. We will make every attempt to replace the lost merchandise.
WE CANNOT ACCEPT BACK any decals damaged while installing, or where the backing tape has been damaged or removed.
Please note on vinyl decal orders, instructions for application will be included in your package. We CANNOT be responsible for decals damaged during the application process.
